Millepas — Terms of Use
Effective: October 16, 2026
Licence. Millepas is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Counting is free. Counting steps, history, widgets, walks and goals are free, with no ads and no account.
Millepas Plus
Plus is optional. It reads photos of workout screens and handwritten logs into Apple Health workouts. It is sold through the App Store as:
- Yearly: $19.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Monthly: $2.99 a month.
- Lifetime: $49.99, a one-time purchase that doesn't renew.
These are US prices. The App Store shows the price in your country, including any tax, before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or, with the free trial, when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- The free trial becomes a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Millepas reminds you on day 12 of the trial. If you cancel during the trial, you aren't charged.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in Millepas by tapping the Plus card in Settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. When you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple's policies: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- To use Plus on a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore on the Plus screen.
Fair use of photo reading. Reading on your iPhone has no limit. Reading with our scan service (AI) is limited to 300 photos a month with Plus, and one photo in the free version. It needs an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable; when it is, Millepas shows what your phone read. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent.
Health and accuracy
Not medical advice. Millepas is for general fitness and wellness. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, and don't use Millepas to make medical decisions.
Numbers are estimates. Step counts, distance, calories and other figures are estimates and can differ from other devices and apps. A phone only counts the steps it is carried for.
Check what you save. Readings of photos, by your phone or by AI, can be wrong. You review them before anything is saved, and you are responsible for the workouts you save to Apple Health.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is"; see Apple's EULA for the details.
